Getting pre-approved allows you to know how far you can go. Now, how far you take it is completely up to you but having a number in mind that you know you can reach allows us to work with you on a design tailored to your needs.
work on floorplan and begin loan process
You’ll begin working on a floorplan with our designer. This is where you specify what your needs are so the designer can work with you on the size and placement of all areas to create a functional floorplan for you.
Once we finalize the floor plan and elevation we’ll be able to begin the loan underwriting process.
close on loan and let the construction begin
We will provide you with a proposed schedule of the construction and an assignment sheet for you to take home and begin working on your customized selections.
During the construction process we will schedule several walkthroughs with you as we hit certain milestones, so you have an opportunity to provide timely feedback. This will include a final walkthrough to ensure you are 100% satisfied before we turn the home over to you.

Sign off on all loan documentation and get ready to move in!
